Silvia Aguirre (Owner) started off small just like any other person, that is chasing after their dreams. She started off with something She loved, which was cooking. She loved cooking at a young age, and it was her passion. This is why she and her family, Decided to sell food in their home, in their small garage that they owned. Her husband and she would cook their special well well-known Posole and Menudo. And also other typical Mexican food which had a special unique delicious taste. They started off small but as soon as they started selling food in that small garage. People would start coming, and coming soon word got out. And soon the small garage they owned would be very crowded. And everyone started rushing to come and try their delicious authentic Mexican food.
